# Theme settings

The theme settings page lets Themers change the look of the site — skins, colours, typography, fonts, icons and patterns — without a developer. Go to *Manage → Appearance → Settings → Convivial for GovCMS Morphos* (`/admin/appearance/settings/convivial_govcms_morphos`).

> **Note:** Theme settings are stored in the database, not in the site's exported configuration. Confirm with your developer that the settings are excluded from configuration import before editing, or your changes could be overwritten on the next deployment.

The demo site, <https://govcms.convivial.io/>, runs on the default settings described in these chapters, so it is a useful reference for what each option looks like before you change it.
