Taxonomies
A taxonomy is a controlled list of terms that editors classify content with, so that listings, filters and personalisation can rely on consistent values rather than free text.

Manage → Structure → Taxonomy (/admin/structure/taxonomy) lists the vocabularies: Event type, Goal, Intent, Media tags, Pattern, Promotion type, Resource type, Stage and Unit. Their terms are the values editors pick from in fields such as Owner and Stage.
Click List terms to add, edit, reorder and delete terms. Drag terms to nest or reorder them and Save.
Deleting a term removes it from every page that uses it; rename or merge instead where you can.
