Navigation
The site's menus define its structure: what appears in the header, the footer and the side navigation, and in what order. Authors and Approvers manage them — no extra role is needed.

Managing menus
Authors position a page in the menu from its edit form (see Menu). To see the whole structure at once go to Manage → Structure → Menus (/admin/structure/menu).

The site has several menus: Main navigation for the primary structure, Secondary and Tools for utility links in the header, Footer and Socials for the footer. On phones the Secondary menu is folded into the main menu so visitors get one combined menu.
Main navigation
Open Main navigation to see every link as a tree.

Reorder by dragging the handle on the left of a link. Drag right to nest it under the link above. Click Save at the bottom — nothing moves until you do.
Enable or disable a link with its checkbox to hide it without deleting it.
Edit a link to change its title, the page it points to, or its parent. Delete removes only the link, not the page.

Links created from a page's Menu settings stay attached to that page: deleting the page deletes the link, and the link title is what visitors see in the menu, so keep it short.
