Submission viewers
Submission viewers read what the public has submitted through the site's forms: they can list submissions, open each one, and delete them. They cannot change the forms themselves — that is the Webform managers role.
Submissions often contain personal information, so give this role only to people who need it, and remove it when they no longer do. On sites that send submissions by email without storing them, this role has nothing to view. The screens are described in Webforms.
