Webforms
Webforms are the site's contact, feedback and application forms. They are built in the Webform module's own editor and placed on pages with a component.
Building a form
Manage → Structure → Webforms (/admin/structure/webform) lists every form. Add webform creates one; Build on an existing form opens the editor where you add elements (text fields, selects, file uploads, pages of a multi-step form), set validation, and under Settings configure the confirmation message and the email or other handlers that run on submit. The Webform documentation on drupal.org covers the editor in depth.

Webforms are generally excluded from site configuration, so changes made here take effect immediately and do not need a deployment.
Placing a form on a page
Add an Embedded Webform component to the page and choose the form — see Advanced components. A form can be placed on any number of pages.

Viewing submissions
Manage → Structure → Webforms → Submissions (/admin/structure/webform/submissions/manage) lists all submissions across forms; each form's Results tab lists its own. Open a submission to see what was entered. Only Submission viewers can see this.
